Abstract

Válvula de ventilación para bidones de bebidas, con un elemento encajable (1) de la válvula, que se puede mover radialmente en un casquillo de tapón elástico, estando fabricado el casquillo de tapón a partir de una parte blanda (6) que realiza la hermetización interior y una parte dura (7) en forma de casquillo (5), teniendo la parte dura (7) un mecanismo de enclavamiento compuesto de cuñas de enclavamiento interiores (8), una brida exterior (10), así como un anillo de obturación (9) situado entre ambas, estando el borde del casquillo (5), situado frente a la brida exterior (10), cerrado por medio de un elemento de cierre (17), y teniendo el casquillo (5) un taladro axial con por lo menos una acanaladura de hermetización (11) de la parte blanda (6), que actúa junto con el elemento encajable (1) de la válvula, caracterizada porque el casquillo de tapón tiene en su parte inferior, que llega hasta el interior del bidón, un taladro lateral (14) que atraviesa las partes dura y blanda (7 y 6 respectivamente), comprendiendo el elemento encajable (1) de la válvula una pieza para agarrar (2) configurada en lo esencial como placa (22), con una prolongación (3) configurada en posición centrada en aquélla y con una cesta (4), en la que penetra la prolongación (3), teniendo la prolongación (3) por lo menos una zona aplanada (29), que forma un canal junto con la pared interior de la parte blanda (6) del casquillo (5), teniendo la cesta (4) por lo menos una superficie de hermetización (13), que cierra herméticamente contra el líquido el taladro lateral (14) junto con la pared interior del casquillo (5) formada por la parte blanda (6), y comprende por lo menos una zona aplanada (29¿), que forma un canal junto con la pared interior de la parte blanda (6) del casquillo (5), estando el canal unido al canal formado por la prolongación (3) y la pared interior, teniendo la placa (22) de la pieza para agarrar (2) por lo menos un hueco (28), que forma, junto con la superficie de la brida exterior (10), un canal que se extiende en paralelo a aquélla y el cual está unido al canal existente en el interior del casquillo, estando configurada una leva (21) en el lado inferior de la placa (22) de la pieza para agarrar (2), teniendo la brida exterior (10) una escotadura (20), en la que se encaja la leva (21) y estando el elemento de cierre (17) configurado como placa incorporada, que tiene los puntos de rotura nominal (16) o bien como tapón sujeto mediante efecto de aprisionamiento.
