LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN CONMUTADOR DE FASE PARA AJUSTAR ELECTRICAMENTE LA INCLINACION DE UNA ANTENA, SOBRE LA BASE DE LA ROTACION DE AL MENOS UNA RUEDA DE FASE QUE TIENE UN DIELECTRICO ESPECIALMENTE CONFIGURADO. CADA RUEDA DE FASE SE ENCUENTRA MONTADA DE FORMA GIRATORIA ENTRE UNA LINEA DE BANDA Y EL PLANO DE TIERRA METALICO DE UN SISTEMA DE ALIMENTACION PARA UNA SEÑAL RF, QUE COMUNICA LA SEÑAL RF ENTRE CADA ELEMENTO DE LA ANTENA Y UN TERMINAL COMUN. EL DIELECTRICO DISTRIBUIDO EN CADA RUEDA DE FASE ESTA CONFIGURADO DE FORMA QUE LA CANTIDAD DE DIELECTRICO QUE SE ENCUENTRA DIRECTAMENTE DEBAJO DE LA LINEA DE BANDA Y ENCIMA DEL PLANO DE TIERRA METALICO AUMENTE O DISMINUYA EN CIERTA PROPORCION RESPECTO A LA CANTIDAD (DESPLAZAMIENTO ANGULAR) DE ROTACION DE LA RUEDA. TODAS LAS RUEDAS DE FASE QUE SE UTILIZAN EN EL SISTEMA SE PUEDEN ORGANIZAR, ORIENTAR Y ACOPLAR POR TRACCION DE FORMA QUE GIREN EN SINCRONIA BAJO LA ACCION DE UN SOLO CONTROL, QUE PUEDE CONTROLARSE A SI MISMO POR MEDIO DEUN MOTOR PROGRESIVO PARA CONSEGUIR UN CONTROL PRECISO.
