Abstract

Un elemento de intercambio de calor para un evaporador o un destilador, estando el elemento compuesto de una bolsa (1) de un material de película flexible que tiene un extremo superior y un fondo (10), estando la bolsa adaptada para transferir calor desde el vapor condensado en el interior (3) de la bolsa a un líquido evaporado sobre las superficies (2) exteriores de la bolsa y comprendiendo medios (5) de alimentación de vapor que conducen al interior de la bolsa y, en el fondo de la bolsa, una salida para el condensado formada desde el vapor, caracterizado porque dicha salida comprende una pieza (9) de retirada del condensado plana localizada en el fondo (10) de la bolsa (1), estando dicha pieza unida dentro de la bolsa y siendo substancialmente más estrecha que la bolsa, y teniendo dicha pieza un orificio (13) y al menos un conducto (8) de salida del condensado que conduce al mismo, y porque el material de película de la bolsa (1) está perforado enel área del mencionado orificio a cada lado de la pieza de retirada del condensado.
