Abstract

Se presenta un intercambiador de calor para enfriar un gas de procesamiento caliente producido en instalaciones para la producción de amoníaco, metanol, hidrógeno y gasificadores de aceite y residuales. El intercambiador de calor tiene una conducción de transferencia horizontal (4) que suministra el gas de procesamiento caliente conectada al generador del gas (1). Se dispone un tubo de conexión (22) de forma coaxial con cada tubo de refrigeración (11), de manera que sobre un lado del tubo de conexión se acopla el tubo de refrigerante (11) y salga de la conducción de transferencia (4) por el otro lado. El intercambiador de calor para enfriar un gas de procesamiento caliente producido en un generador de gas (1) o en un reactor comprende varios tubos de refrigerante (11) cada uno rodeado por un tubo externo (12). Cada tubo de refrigerante (11) y cada tubo externo (12) están soldados en ambos extremos a una cámara de agua (13, 14) para la introducción y eliminación de un medio refrigerante. La cámara de agua (13, 14) consta de una pieza en forma de banda, dentro de la cual se insertan unos huecos circulares (15) que se corresponden con el número de tubos de refrigerante (11). Cada hueco rodea un tubo de refrigerante (11) y tiene un diámetro que es igual o mayor que el diámetro interior del tubo exterior (12). El hueco (15) tiene una base anular fina (16) que tiene un bajo grosor de pared residual. Una conducción de transferencia horizontal (4) que suministra gas de procesamiento caliente se conecta al generador de gas (1). Se dispone un tubo de conexión (22) de forma coaxial con cada tubo de refrigerante (11), de manera que sobre un lado del tubo de conexión (22) se acople el tubo de refrigerante (11) y salga de la conducción de transferencia (4) por el otro lado.
