Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de sistemas ópticos de varias capas, que se caracteriza por las etapas siguientes: a) Aplicación de una partícula de sólido inorgánico a escala n con grupos superficiales orgánicos polimerizables y/o policondensables que contienen una composición fluida a un sustrato de vidrio; b) Polimerización y/o policondensación de los grupos superficiales de las partículas de sólidos con la formación de una capa reticulada orgánica; c) Aplicación de otra composición conforme a a) que aporte otro índice de refracción que el de la composición indicada, sobre la capa orgánica reticulada; d) Polimerización y/o policondensación de los grupos superficiales de las partículas de sólido formando otra capa reticulada orgánicamente; e) Repetición una o varias veces de las etapas c) y d) con la formación de otras capas orgánicas reticulables orgánicamente y/o otras superficies del sustrato; y f) compactación térmica de una sola etapa del conjunto de capas y cocción de los componentes orgánicos contenidos.
