Abstract

Dispositivo para la extracción y substitución de un tapón de corcho a utilizar con la botella de vino (14), que tiene el tapón de corcho (40) que define una superficie superior y un cuello de botella (12), estando destinada la botella (14) a contener vino, y en el que unos hilos de rosca salientes (24¿) se prolongan hacia afuera con respecto a dicho cuello (12), proporcionando dichos hilos de rosca (24¿) una primera dirección que posibilita el desmontaje de dicho tapón de corcho (40) con respecto a la botella de vino (14) y una segunda dirección para substituir dicho tapón de corcho (40) después de la utilización del vino, comprendiendo: (a) una caperuza (26) que tiene una parte superior (28) con un borde y un faldón (32) y que define una abertura inferior (30) y filetes de rosca (54) dirigidos hacia adentro que sobresalen del interior de dicho faldón (32); (b) dicha parte superior define el rebaje central (34) tiene paredes rebajadas; (c) dicho rebaje central (34) tiene una pared inferioro de fondo con una abertura en la misma; y (d) un tornillo (42) que se prolonga a través de dicha abertura de la pared de fondo hacia adentro del tapón de corcho (40), poseyendo dicho tornillo (42) hilos de rosca para conseguir una dirección de atornillado, caracterizado porque: el rebaje (34) está dotado de prolongaciones del rebaje (38) que se extienden radialmente, dirigidas hacia afuera y alineadas desde dicho rebaje central (34) al borde superior, siendo el tornillo (42) un tornillo de cabeza hemisférica y siendo la dirección de atornillado opuesta a dicha primera dirección para posibilitar la retirada de dicho tornillo (42) con respecto al tapón de corcho (40).
