Abstract
Un procedimiento para hidrocraquear una materia prima hidrocarbonada, procedimiento que comprende: (a) Pasar una materia prima hidrocarbonada, una corriente líquida de reciclo e hidrógeno por una zona de reacción de desnitrificación y desulfuración que contiene un catalizador y recuperar de la misma un efluente de la zona de reacción de desnitrificación y desulfuración; (b) Pasar dicho efluente de la zona de reacción de desnitrificación y desulfuración por una zona de hidrocraqueo que contiene un catalizador de hidrocraqueo; (c) Pasar el efluente resultante de dicha zona de hidrocraqueo directamente a un equipo de extracción caliente a alta presión utilizando un gas de extracción caliente rico en hidrógeno, para producir una primera corriente de vapor que comprende hidrógeno, compuestos hidrocarbonados que tienen un punto de ebullición con una temperatura por debajo del intervalo de ebullición de dicha materia prima hidrocarbonada, sulfuro de hidrógeno y amoníaco, y una primera corriente líquida que comprende compuestos hidrocarbonados que tienen un punto de ebullición en el intervalo de dicha materia prima hidrocarbonada; (d) Pasar por dicha zona de reacción de desnitrificación y desulfuración al menos una porción de dicha primera corriente líquida, que comprende compuestos hidrocarbonados que tienen un punto de ebullición en el intervalo de dicha materia prima hidrocarbonada, como al menos una porción de dicha corriente líquida; (e) Pasar al menos una porción de dicha primera corriente de vapor de la etapa (c) que comprende hidrógeno y compuestos hidrocarbonados, por una zona de saturación de compuestos aromáticos, para reducir la concentración de compuestos aromáticos; y (f) Pasar y enfriar el efluente resultante de dicha zona de saturación de compuestos aromáticos de la etapa (e) y al menos una porción de dicha primera corriente líquida de la etapa (c) por un separador líquido-vapor, para producir una corriente gaseosa rica en hidrógeno y una corriente de productos hidrocarbonados hidrocraqueados.
