Abstract

Un procedimiento para obtener una banda no tejida de material fibroso utilizando un elemento foraminoso móvil, incluyendo dicho procedimiento los pasos de: (a) Generar un primer lodo de espuma de aire, agua, fibras y un surfactante; (b) Bombear centrífugamente el primer lodo de espuma en contacto con el elemento foraminoso móvil; (c) Retirar espuma sustancialmente libre de fibra desde el elemento foraminoso, mientras se forma una banda no tejida de material fibroso sobre el elemento foraminoso y (d) Reciclar al menos parte de la espuma sustancialmente libre de fibras desde el paso (c) para uso en la práctica del paso (a) caracterizado porque, en el paso (b), se desgasifica parcialmente el lodo de espuma durante su bombeo centrífugo.
