Abstract

Método para producir por lo menos dos núcleos monofilares para talones de neumáticos que comprende las etapas según las cuales se tira de por lo menos dos hilos metálicos para talones de unas bobinas independientes (20) de hilos metálicos, los hilos metálicos se hacen pasar a través de unos medios (23) de procesado de hilos metálicos para formar una única cinta de hilos metálicos para talones unidos conjuntamente embutidos en material de caucho circundante, la cinta de hilo metálico para talones se hace pasar a través de un primer aparato (24) de festoneado, se divide la cinta de hilo metálico para talones en hilos metálicos independientes recubiertos con caucho y posteriormente se enrollan los hilos metálicos divididos recubiertos con caucho en una horma (36) para crear por lo menos dos núcleos para talones en la horma, caracterizado porque los hilos metálicos recubiertos con caucho, formados después de dividir la cinta de hilo metálico para talones, se pasan a través de un segundo aparato(31) de festoneado antes de enrollarlos en dicha horma (36) para crear por lo menos dos núcleos monofilares para talones de neumáticos.
