Abstract
La microextracción en fase sólida y análisis de analitos en un portador fluido se realiza en el interior de un alojamiento (62), en el cual se hace vibrar una fibra (46) durante la microextracción. El alojamiento (62) contiene dispositivo de acceso de tal forma que el portador y los analitos pueden entrar en contacto con la fibra vibrante (46) durante la etapa de extracción. Según la presente invención, el dispositivo de vibración comprende una membrana (32), un solenoide para hacer vibrar la membrana (32), un bastidor, un retén montado en el bastidor para soportar el solenoide, un soporte (34) para la membrana (32), y un brazo de retención (36) que tiene un extremo conectado al reten y el otro extremo unido al soporte (34).
