Abstract

The writing instrument has a clip (10) with a middle sector (11) and a front clamping sector (12). The clip has fixing webs e.g. (13) which can turn relative to the shaft part (1) of the writing instrument. The webs turn against the force of a spring. The shaft part consists of two connected shaft sectors (2,3), with a receiving aperture (7) formed between them to receive the fixing webs of the clip. The webs cannot move axially relative to the shaft part. The axial limiting edges of the aperture lie at least partly in contact with the external surfaces of the fixing webs.
