Abstract
Dispersión autorreticulable de un híbridos de un poliuretano y un polímero sobre la base de polioles que se secan en condiciones oxidantes, con una alta dureza de película, caracterizada porque contiene los siguientes componentes de reacción (A) un componente ácido graso insaturado, capacitado para secarse en condiciones oxidantes, con por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo que son reactivos frente a los poliisocianatos, (B) un componente poliol que consta de (i) un poliol de alto peso molecular con por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo que son reactivos frente a los poliisocianatos y con una masa molar de 500 a 4.000 Dalton, (ii) un poliol de bajo peso molecular con por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo que son reactivos frente a los poliisocianatos y con una masa molar de 50 a 500 Dalton, (iii) un poliol de bajo peso molecular y modificable aniónicamente, con por lo menos dos grupos hidroxilo que son reactivos frente a los poliisocianatos, así como con por lo menos un grupo carboxilo que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos y con una masa molar de 100 a 200 Dalton, (C) un componente poliisocianato, (D) eventualmente un componente secante, (E) eventualmente un componente disolvente que consta de (i) por lo menos un disolvente orgánico que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos y/o (ii) un diluyente reactivo que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos, que consta de por lo menos un compuesto orgánico que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos con uno o varios enlaces dobles polimerizables por radicales, (F) un componente de neutralización que consta de por lo menos una base inorgánica u orgánica, (G) un componente de prolongación de cadena que consta de por lo menos una poliamina con dos o más grupos amino que son reactivos frente a los poliisocianatos, (H) un componente monómero que consta de por lo menos un monómero con uno o varios enlaces dobles polimerizables por radicales, (I) un componente iniciador de radicales así como el resto agua.
