Abstract
SE PRESENTA UN PROCESO MEJORADO Y APARATO PARA LA OXIDACION DE AGUA SUPERCRITICA DE MATERIAL RESIDUALES ORGANICOS QUE EVITA O AL MENOS REDUCE SUSTANCIALMENTE LOS PROBLEMAS DE CORROSION Y DE DEPOSICION DE SOLIDOS ASOCIADOS CON LAS TECNICAS ANTERIORES. DE ACUERDO CON ESTA INVENCION, SE APORTA AGUA SUPERCRITICA CALENTADA EXTERNAMENTE A UN REACTOR DE TUBO DE PLAQUETAS TANTO PARA REVESTIR PROTECTORAMENTE SU SUPERFICIE INTERIOR COMO PARA CALENTAR EL FLUJO RESIDUAL EN CONDICIONES DE REACCION DE OXIDACION. SE PUEDEN USAR TEMPERATURAS DE REACCION SUPERIORES EN COMPARACION CON LOS PROCESOS ANTERIORES, LO QUE MEJORA SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE LOS NIVELES DE REACCION Y PERMITE EL USO DE REACTORES MAS PEQUEÑOS. LA PELICULA PROTECTORA DE AGUA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE INTERNA EL REACTOR, ACOPLADA CON LA ELIMINACION DEL PRECALENTAMIENTO DEL MATERIAL RESIDUAL, REDUCE SUSTANCIALMENTE LA CORROSION Y LA DEPOSICION DE SOLIDOS.
