Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de una dispersión heterogénea de poli(éster vinílico) en lo esencial estabilizada con un poli(alcohol vinílico) sin la adición de disolventes ni plastificantes con una temperatura mínima de formación de película situada por debajo de 10°C, mediante polimerización en emulsión con siembra de un homo o co-polímero A que tiene una temperatura de transición vítrea situada por encima de 20°C a base de 85-100% en peso de un éster vinílico de ácidos carboxílicos con 1 a 18 átomos de carbono (a1), 0-10 % en peso de un ácido carboxílico insaturado en alpha, beta (a2) y/o un compuesto con funcionalidad en N (a3) así como 0-5 % en peso de un monómero insaturado etilénicamente múltiples veces (a4), en presencia de una emulsión para siembra (base para siembra) a base de un copolímero B que tiene una temperatura de transición vítrea situada por debajo de 20°C a base de 45-98% en peso de un éster vinílico de ácidos carboxílicos con 1 a 18 átomos de carbono (b1), 2-50 % enpeso de una alpha-olefina con 1 a 4 átomos de carbono (b2) así como 0-5 % en peso de un monómero insaturado etilénicamente múltiples veces (b3), siendo la proporción cuantitativa de los polímeros A y B en la dispersión heterogénea de 1:(0, 05 a 2).
