Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de micropartículas esféricas con superficie lisa, significando superficie lisa que la profundidad de las irregularidades sobre la superficie de las partículas es de un máximo de 10 % del diámetro medio de las partículas, que están compuestas total o parcialmente por al menos un polisacárido lineal insoluble en agua que queda bajo las clases 5-7 según la definición de la farmacopea alemana, mediante disolución de al menos un polisacárido lineal insoluble en agua en un disolvente o mezcla de disolventes, incorporación de la solución a un agente precipitante o mezcla de agentes precipitantes, eventual enfriamiento de la mezcla con esto originada y separación de las micropartículas formadas, empleándose como agente coadyuvante de precipitación al menos un derivado de celulosa soluble en agua.
