Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de un elastómero de poliuretano microcelular con una densidad menor de 0, 6 g/cm3, que comprende hacer reaccionar un componente de resina (¿cara B¿) con un prepolímero terminado por isocianato (¿cara A¿) en presencia de un pigmento y opcionalmente en presencia de un agente de soplado, un tensioactivo, un catalizador de soplado, y un catalizador de uretano; en el que el componente de resina comprende un primer poliol, un primer extensor de cadena y un segundo extensor de cadena seleccionado del grupo constituido por 1, 3-propanodiol y dioles C3-C5 ramificados; en el que el prepolímero comprende el producto de reacción de un poliisocianato y un segundo poliol, que puede ser igual que, o diferente del primer poliol.
