Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A LA PRODUCCION DE UN COPOLIMERO INJERTADO, EL CUAL COMPRENDE UN ESQUELETO DE UN MATERIAL POLIMERICO DE PROPILENO QUE TIENE UN MONOMERO VINILICO POLIMERIZADO POR INJERTO SOBRE EL MISMO. DICHA PRODUCCION CONSISTE EN: (1) TRATAR UN MATERIAL POLIMERICO DE PROPILENO CON UN INICIADOR DE POLIMERIZACION RADICALAR; (2) TRATAR DICHO MATERIAL CON AL MENOS UN MONOMERO INJERTABLE, CAPAZ DE POLIMERIZAR RADICALARMENTE; Y (3) ELIMINAR CUALQUIER MONOMERO INJERTABLE QUE NO HAYA REACCIONADO DEL MATERIAL POLIMERICO DE PROPILENO COPOLIMERIZADO POR INJERTO, DESCOMPONIENDO EL INICIADOR QUE NO HA REACCIONADO Y DESACTIVANDO LOS RADICALES LIBRES RESIDUALES PRESENTES EN EL MATERIAL, LLEVANDOSE A CABO LAS FASES (1) Y (2) EN PRESENCIA DE UNA ALIMENTACION CONTINUA DE OXIDO NITRICO. EL OXIDO NITRICO REDUCE LA FORMACION DE DEPOSITOS POLIMERICOS SOBRE LAS PAREDES DEL REACTOR Y LOS BUCLES DE CIRCULACION DEL GAS, NO PRODUCIENDO SIN EMBARGO PRACTICAMENTE NINGUN EFECTO SOBRE LA REACCION DE COPOLIMERIZACION POR INJERTO.
