Abstract

Bloque seccional de residencia prefabricado del tipo que presenta una estructura portante que incluye un zócalo (S), un techo (T), perfiles o columnas de soporte en ángulo (11) fijadas de manera liberable al zócalo (S) y al techo (T), paneles apropiados que forman las paredes sujetados a la estructura portante mediante unos perfiles que pueden desmontarse desde el exterior, caracterizado en que dicho bloque está provisto de una cubierta de techo (3) inclinada hacia abajo desde una arista central hacia las paredes laterales opuestas, siendo dicha arista tal que no sobresale del plano a través del borde superior del techo (T) para mantener inalteradas las dimensiones globales del bloque, pudiendo así quedar dicho bloque superpuesto y/o conectado a otros bloques situados tanto paralelos como perpendiculares entre sí para formar habitaciones de residencia de cualquier tamaño y disposición, y permitiendo, además, la utilización de una cubierta a dos pendientes a la vez que se mantienen inalteradas las dimensiones globales tanto durante el transporte como en la instalación y la utilización de los bloques.
