Abstract
Un procedimiento para la producción de un catalizador de silicato cristalino que tiene una estructura monoclínica, consistiendo este procedimiento en la obtención de un silicato cristalino del tipo MFI con una estructura ortorrómbica, el cual ha sido sintetizado en ausencia de una molécula de un molde orgánico, teniendo el catalizador un ratio atómico silicio/aluminio inferior a 80; tratando el silicato cristalino con vapor y a continuación lixiviando el aluminio del silicato cristalino por contacto con una solución acuosa de un lixiviante para dar un ratio atómico silicio/aluminio en el catalizador de por lo menos 80, presentando el catalizador una estructura monoclínica.
