Elemento calefactor (1) con superficie resistiva que comprende, al menos, una capa resistiva (10), dos capas conductoras (20, 30), así como capas aislantes (40, 50), dispuestas entre las capas respectivas (10, 20, 30), caracterizado porque la primera capa conductora (20), que sigue a la capa resistiva (10), se configura como conductor neutro, unido a la capa resistiva (10) mediante electrodos (12, 21) de contacto, previstos en ambas capas (10, 20), y porque la segunda capa conductora (30), que sigue, se configura como conductor de protección que se debe poner a tierra mediante un electrodo (31) de contacto.
