Abstract

Neumático para ruedas de vehículo que comprende: una estructura de carcasa (2); una estructura de cintura (5) aplicada sobre la estructura de carcasa (2), en una posición externa circunferencialmente de la misma; una banda de rodadura (8) superpuesta circunferencialmente sobre la estructura de cintura (5); y flancos (9) aplicados lateralmente sobre lados opuestos de la estructura de carcasa (2); en el que dicha estructura de carcasa comprende: - por lo menos una tela de carcasa (3) que comprende elementos a modo de hilo (14) dispuestos esencialmente de manera transversal a la extensión circunferencial de la estructura de carcasa (2); - por lo menos un par de estructuras de refuerzo anulares (4) dispuestas cerca de los bordes circunferenciales internos respectivos de la tela de carcasa (3), comprendiendo cada una de dichas estructuras de refuerzo anulares (4): - por lo menos una primera pieza anular circunferencialmente inextensible (26) esencialmente con forma de corona dispuesta esencialmente de manera coaxial con la estructura de carcasa (3), cerca de un borde circunferencial interno de la tela de carcasa (3), estando formada dicha primera pieza anular (26) por por lo menos un elemento alargado que se extiende en bobinas concéntricas (26a, 26b); - por lo menos una segunda pieza anular circunferencialmente inextensible (30) esencialmente con forma de corona dispuesta de manera coaxial con el neumático, estando formada dicha segunda pieza anular (30) por por lo menos un elemento alargado que se extiende en bobinas concéntricas (30a); en el que dicha tela de carcasa (3) tiene solapas de extremo (25a) dobladas en torno a un borde circunferencial interno de la primera pieza anular respectiva (26) e interpuestas axialmente entre las respectivas primera y segunda piezas (26, 30); caracterizado por el hecho de que cada una de dichas primera y segunda piezas anulares circunferencialmente inextensibles (26, 30) presenta un contorno de sección transversal alargado radialmente.
