Abstract

Producto herbal, para su suministro a personas diabéticas y proceso para su obtención. El producto se compone de la mezcla de dos plantas, una de ellas de la familia de las Mirtáceas, preferentemente de la especie de las Syzygium y la otra de la familia de las Leguminosas-cesalpiniáceas y preferentemente del género de las Bauhinias. Su proceso de fabricación se desarrolla desde la cosecha y separación de las semillas de la Syzygium y las hojas de la Bauhinia; su limpieza por pulverización; su desecado hasta alcanzar un 9% de humedad y su molienda, esterilización y mezcla homogénea en las cantidades establecidas.
