Abstract

Método para la fabricación de un material de acero sinterizado mediante metalurgia de polvo, cuyo método comprende las etapas de disponer un primer polvo de acero pre-aleado que tiene una composición que comprende en % en peso C 0,5-2, Cr 3,5-6, (2Mo + W) 12-22, V 0,5-5, Co 0-12, Mn 0,1-0,5, Si 0,1-0,6, siendo el resto Fe aparte de impurezas; disponer un segundo juego de acero pre-aleado que tiene una composición en % en peso: C 0,3-0,7, Cr 3-5,5, Mo 1-2,5, V 0,3-1,5, W 0-2, Mn 0,1-0,6, Si 0,8-1,2, siendo el resto Fe aparte de impurezas; mezclar conjuntamente de 2 a 30 % en peso del primer polvo de acero pre-aleado con 10 a 60 % en peso de un polvo de hierro y con polvo de carbono de manera tal que el contenido final de carbono de la matriz del polvo de acero sinterizado es un máximo de 1,1 % en peso siendo el resto el segundo polvo de acero pre-aleado; añadiendo opcionalmente polvo de cobre en una proporción de 2 a 10 % en peso a la mezcla en polvo; incluyendo opcionalmente la adición de un material lubrificante sólido a la mezcla de polvo; incluyendo opcionalmente partículas de una sustancia para mejorar la mecanibilidad; compactando dicha mezcla y sinterizándola para formar dicho acero sinterizado.
