Ensamblaje de un umbral que comprende: -un umbral inferior para ser fijado a la base de una abertura en una pared interior o exterior, - un umbral de tope para ser fijado al umbral inferior para soportar una puerta o ventana que sería ajustada a laaberturaenla pared interior o exterior, caracterizado por el hecho de que el umbral inferior (1) está provisto en la parte superior de dos o más hendiduras (4) esencialmente paralelas en dirección longitudinal y que el umbral de tope (10) está provisto en dirección longitudinal de una protuberancia (11) que se corresponde con las hendiduras (4) , con el objetivo de fijar la posición del umbral de tope con respecto al umbral inferior.
