Abstract

Dispositivo para el tratamiento de corona de la superficie de un sustrato, con un electrodo (3) de material cerámico, que está alojado dentro de una carcasa (1) situada en la proximidad del sustrato, estando previstos medios para introducir un gas portador en el espacio interior de la carcasa (1), en el que está alojado el electrodo (3), caracterizado porque la carcasa (1) está provista de orificios o huecos de paso (2), que se extienden en el interior de las paredes de la carcasa para el paso de un agente de refrigeración, y porque el electrodo (3) está construido para su funcionamiento con una temperatura superior a 150ºC.
