Abstract

Casete de ADN destinado a la transformación de levaduras, de forma que no quede en éstas ningún ADN exógeno distinto al o a los genes de interés que comprenden por lo menos: - un marcador dominante negativo; - dos secuencias repetidas directas (SRD) no exógenas y no recombinogénicas con el genoma de la cepa huésped, disponiéndose dichas 2 secuencias repetidas directas a una y a otra parte del fragmento que contiene el marcador dominante negativo; y - eventualmente, por lo menos un gen de interés con, si es preciso, los elementos necesarios para su expresión en la célula huésped.
