Abstract

Comprimido de desagregación rápida del tipo de los que están destinados a disgregarse en la boca en contacto con la saliva en menos de 30 segundos y formando una suspensión fácil de tragar y que está formado a base de una materia activa en forma de microcristales o microgránulos envueltos y de una mezcla de excipientes que comprenden por lo menos un agente de disgregación, un agente soluble y un agente lubrificante, caracterizado porque el agente lubrificante está en forma pulverulenta y se encuentra repartido por lo menos su mayor parte en la superficie del comprimido y porque su friabilidad, medida como se indica en la farmacopea francesa (X edición, ¿V.5.1-friabilidad de los comprimidos¿, enero 1993), es inferior a 1 %, preferentemente inferior a 0, 5 %, gracias a lo cual dicho comprimido puede ser acondicionado por medio de unos procedimientos estándar y presenta una dureza necesaria y suficiente para permitir su fácil extracción fuera del blister en el cual está acondicionado por perforación del opérculo de éste por el empuje del comprimido con un riesgo sustancialmente reducido de rotura en el momento de la extracción.
