Abstract
Procedimiento de visualización, de medida del tamaño y de recuento individuales de las inclusiones en suspensión en un metal líquido en movimiento (7), mediante un captador que incluye al menos un medio (1) para emitir una sucesión de tiros de haces de ultrasonidos en el seno de dicho metal líquido, al menos un medio (2) para recibir los ecos reflejados por dichas inclusiones, y sus accesorios, caracterizado porque integra una etapa de calibrado de la respuesta del captador, incluyendo dicha etapa al menos un reflector patrón (10) de dimensión conocida estable a lo largo del tiempo, etapas sucesivas de adquisición y de procesamiento de los ecos reflejados, una etapa de visualización y una etapa de análisis de imagen para contar y medir el diámetro de las inclusiones.
