Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de una capa de revestimiento por barnizado electroforético por inmersión, con una mejor adherencia de las capas siguientes, por deposición catódica de una capa de revestimiento de un agente de revestimiento aplicado por barnizado electroforético por inmersión sobre un substrato conductor de la electricidad y calcinación, caracterizado porque al agente de revestimiento aplicado por barnizado electroforético por inmersión depositable catódicamente se añaden uno o varios nitritos y/o nitratos orgánicos insolubles en agua y el calcinado tiene lugar en una estufa de ventilación forzada calentada indirectamente, donde el porcentaje de aire fresco introducido en el aire circulante de la estufa es desde 0 hasta 20% en volumen del aire de la estufa.
