Abstract

Máquina de amasar de tipo espiral para preparar mezclas a base de harina, que comprende: un cuenco no giratorio (4), medios para amasar dispuestos en el interior del cuenco (4) que comprenden por lo menos una herramienta de tipo espiral (11) constituida por un brazo substancialmente helicoidal situado entre dos teóricas superficies cilíndricas coaxiales (E, I), tangentes interior y exteriormente, y un elemento estacionario para engranar con la masa, que se extiende desde el fondo del cuenco, caracterizada porque: dicha herramienta para amasar de tipo espiral (11) tiene un eje que coincide substancialmente con el eje del cuenco y ocupa substancialmente la totalidad del espacio contenido en el interior del cuenco (4), dicho elemento estacionario19 se proyecta desde el fondo del cuenco y está desplazado del eje central del cuenco, para engranar con el producto a amasar y evitar la formación en el centro del cuenco de una masa de producto que la herramienta de amasar tienda a hacer girar sobre sí misma, sin que se amase.
