Abstract

La invención se refiere a composiciones y a procedimientos útiles para el tratamiento de desechos alimentarios desmenuzados, en particular desechos alimentarios sólidos desmenuzados por un aparato de eliminación de desechos. Estas composiciones contienen por gramo entre un 0 y un 50% en peso de un complejo bactericida; entre un 75 y un 99,99% en peso de una mezcla de enzima que comprende: almenos 5x10{sup,3} unidades CDU/gramo de enzimas proteásicas; al menos 1,2x10{sup,4} unidades MWU/gramop de enzimas amilásicas; al menos 1x10{sup,2} unidades LU/gramo de enzimas lpásicas; al menos 1x10{sup,3} unidades CU/gramo de enzímas celulásicas; entre un 0 y un 50% en peso de un agente conversante, preferentemente propileno glico; entre un 0 y un 50% en peso de uno o varios tensioactivos no iónicos; entre un 0 y un 10% en peso de uno o varos componentes optativos, elegidos entre: agentes colorantes, composiciones aromatizadas, composiciones de neutralización de los olores, micronutrientes, agentes de ajuste del pH y agentes espesantes.
