Abstract

Método para montaje de una carrocería a partir de una serie de componentes de carrocería separados, comprendiendo las etapas siguientes: acoplamiento de un placa inferior de la carrocería a medios de soporte de la placa inferior, acoplamiento al menos de una parte de los componentes de la carrocería separados con la placa inferior mediante un robot o un aparato similar, montaje previo de dichos componentes de la carrocería con relación a la placa inferior y/o unos con relación a los otros de modo que se obtiene una carrocería previamente montada que tiene la forma externa de la carrocería, formación de los medios de soporte a partir de una serie de elementos de soporte separados para soportar la mencionada carrocería montada de forma previa de modo tal que se produce el montaje, como mínimo, de una parte de dichos elementos de soporte con los mencionados medios de soporte de la placa inferior y/u otros elementos de soporte mediante un robot o un aparato similar, caracterizado por el acoplamiento de los elementos de soporte unos con otros, a efectos de formar una red de medios de soporte, en el que la formación de la red de medios de soporte se lleva a cabo de forma tal que cada uno de los elementos de soporte se encuentra sujetado con al menos otros dos elementos de soporte y con los mencionados medios de soporte de la placa inferior o, como mínimo, con otros tres elementos de soporte a través de los medios de la unidad de fijación dispuestos en dichos elementos de soporte.
