Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una pieza dentada (1, 2) para un dispositivo para pelletizar masas de material a granel deslizante, en especial excrementos secos de gallina, según el cual, en una pieza de rueda dentada en bruto (20) con forma de vaso, que tiene en su perímetro exterior una elevación (25) con forma de escalón y que corresponde al diámetro exterior de la corona dentada (3, 4) que se desea fabricar, se realizan taladros en la zona de los huecos (9) entre dientes que se deben confeccionar y a continuación, por medio de fresado, se realizan dientes (15) en la elevación (25), caracterizado porque: - en primer lugar se realizan taladros (21) en la pieza de rueda dentada en bruto (20) con forma de vaso, en la elevación (25) con forma de escalón situada en la zona de los huecos entre dientes (9) que se deben realizar, de manera que sus diámetros exteriores corresponden a la anchura (l) de los huecos entre dientes (9) deseados, y su número corresponde en lo esencial a la anchura (6) de los espacios entre dientes (9) y su profundidad corresponde a la altura (h) de los huecos entre dientes (9), - a continuación se realizan en los taladros (21) otros taladros (22) de diámetro más pequeño, hasta llegar al espacio hueco interior (7, 8) de la pieza de rueda dentada en bruto (20) con forma de vaso, y - finalmente, con una herramienta de fresado, se limpian los huecos entre dientes (9), de manera que se forman dientes (15) y se redondean los cantos frontales (24) de los dientes (15), que sobresalen por fuera del círculo parcial (T).
