Abstract

La invención se refiere a un alambre compuesto para fabricar, por ejemplo, cables guía, y comprende un núcleo de acero al carbono y un recubrimiento de acero inoxidable. El acero al carbono comprende (en % en peso):0-15-0,6 de C, 0,1-0,3 Si, 0,3-1 Mn, 0-0-3 Vy el acero inoxidable comprende: 0,005-0,05 de C, 0,0050,5 N, 0,1-2 Si, 0,1-5 Mn, 5-12 Ni, 10-20 Cr, 0-3 Mo, estrictamente por debajo de 4 y por encima de 0 de Cu. El diámetro del alambre es menor de 1 mm y la resistencia a la tracción es mayor de 2.000 MPa. La invención también se refiere al procedimiento para la fabricación del alambre antes citado mediante el estirado del alambre.
