Abstract

El invento se refiere a una disposición en el cortador de hojas de una máquina secadora de pasta papelera para hacer posible un incremento de la velocidad de la banda a, incluso, más de 200 m/min, comprendiendo dicho cortador de hojas un hendedor (2) y un mecanismo (4, 5) de corte transversal así como un mecanismo (6) de solapamiento para solapar hojas cortadas (16) con el fin de reducir la velocidad de las mismas antes de disposner las hojas en una mesa (14) de formación de balas. La disposición del invento incluye al menos un conjunto de elementos (20, 21) de solapamiento adicionales para solapar las hojas en, al menos, dos etapas separadas. El invento se refiere, asimismo, a un método para incrementar la velocidad de una banda en el cortador de hojas de una máquina secadora de pasta papelera.
