Abstract
Procedimiento para la eliminación y el aprovechamiento de desechos de cualquier tipo, según el cual basuras industriales, domésticas y/o especiales no clasificadas ni tratadas, así como restos de equipos industriales, que pueden contener sustancias nocivas arbitrarias en forma sólida y/o líquida, se someten a un tratamiento térmico escalonado y una separación o transformación térmica de la materia y los residuos sólidos generados se transforman en una masa fundida de alta temperatura, según el cual los desechos a eliminar pasan, comprimidos por lotes en paquetes compactos, las etapas de tratamiento térmico en sentido hacia temperaturas más altas, con por lo menos una etapa de baja temperatura en la que bajo mantenimiento de la presión se garantiza un contacto en unión positiva y no positiva con las paredes del recipiente de reacción, y con por lo menos una zona de alta temperatura en la que los desechos a eliminar forman una carga permeable para gases y en la que se genera gas de síntesis,donde el gas de síntesis generado se evacua de la zona de alta temperatura, caracterizado porque la concentración de hidrógeno en el gas de síntesis evacuado se regula con el objetivo de lograr una concentración de hidrógeno en el gas de síntesis evacuado que pueda considerarse constante.
