EL PROCESO CONTINUO PARA DINITRIZACION SE REALIZA EN UN APARATO UNICO BAJO CONDICIONES ADIABATICAS EN UNA EMULSION COMO MEDIO DE REACCION. EN EL REACTOR SE DOSIFICA POR MOL UN COMPUESTO AROMATICO EN PROPORCION DE 1,3 HASTA 3,5 MOL DE HNO{SUB, 3} EN FORMA DE SOLUCION, QUE CONTIENE NITRONIO Y SE MANTIENE LA EMULSION DE INCLINACION A LA COALESCENCIA MEDIANTE DISPERSION MULTIPLE. POR MEDIO DE DISPERSION PRIMARIA DE LA CORRIENTE DE LIQUIDO PARA LA ELABORACION DE LA EMULSION, QUE SE CONSIGUE EN MENOS DE UN SEGUNDO, PUEDE SER UTILIZADO AL MENOS 20 % DE LA CANTIDAD COMPLETA DE HNO{SUB, 3}. CON PREFERENCIA SE UTILIZA LA SOLUCION QUE CONTIENE NITRONIO DE MANERA COMPLETA PARA LA DISPERSION PRIMARIA DE AMBAS FASES.
