Abstract

Una válvula de obturación en la que los medios de cierre de la válvula están separados del espacio de circulación par el líquido para una membrana parecida al caucho, la cual sustituye el miembro de la válvula que limita la corriente, comprendiendo la citada membrana una parte acopada semiesférica y una parte dotada de ala integral con ella y que sobresale del reborde de la citada parte acopada, teniendo el miembro de accionamiento para cerrar la válvula una extremidad semiesférica de trabajo,estando toda la superficie interior de la parte acopada completamente soportada por la extremidad de trabajo del miembro de accionamiento durante toda la operación de cierre,caracterizada porque el espesor de la pared de la parte acopada disminuye en esencia uniformemente desde el centro de la parte acopada al borde la misma.
