Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de soluciones estables de ácido acetilsalicílico con disolventes orgánicos, no acuosos y farmacéuticamente tolerables tales como dimetilisosorbida, propilenglicol o éter monoetílico de dietilenglicol, caracterizado porque a la solución se añaden 0, 005, 2% en peso de una imida ácida cíclica y/o 0, 005, 2% en peso de un ácido sulfamínico, así como, preferentemente, 1, 40% en peso, referido al peso de la solución, de un compuesto de la fórmula general en la que R1 significa H, CH3 o C2H5, n = 0 ó 1 y R2 significa H o uno o múltiples restos alquilo inferior, alquiloxi inferior o alquenilo inferior, con 1 hasta 5 átomos de C.
