Abstract

Método para formar una cinta continua de papel o cartón de varias capas, en cuyo método las capas de la cinta continua se forman secuencialmente unas sobre otras, y en cuyo método la formación de una capa superior sobre una capa de base se realiza únicamente por medio de la formación con rodillos utilizando una unidad de formación con rodillos que comprende por lo menos un rodillo de formación (23, 24; 23¿, 24¿; 28, 29), en cuya unidad de formación con rodillos se suministra un chorro de suspensión de fibras por medio de una caja de cabeza secundaria (21; 21¿; 26) a un espacio entre dos telas metálicas creado por dos telas metálicas tensadas (16, 22; 16¿, 22¿; 22¿, 27) que se enrollan alrededor de un rodillo de formación (23; 23¿; 28), en el que una (16; 16¿; 22¿) de las dos telas metálicas lleva la capa de base húmeda, y en el que la exterior (22; 22¿; 27) de las dos telas metálicas va guiada sobre soportes giratorios (31a, 31b, 31c; 31a¿, 31b¿, 32a, 32b, 32c), caracterizado porque el chorro de suspensión de fibras es suministrado a dicho espacio entre dos telas metálicas a una velocidad tan alta que la tela metálica exterior se desvía elásticamente, mientras que la tensión de la tela metálica exterior se mantiene sustancialmente constante durante dicha desviación teniendo por lo menos uno de dichos soportes giratorios de la tela metálica exterior montado de manera elástica o desplazable para compensar dicha desviación, en el que el chorro de suspensión de fibras se suministra a dicho espacio entre rodillos de dos telas metálicas a una velocidad de por lo menos 300 m/min y la tensión de la tela metálica exterior y la de la tela metálica interior es por lo menos de 4 kN/m.
