Image recognition system.Consisting of four units, a video camera (1), an amplifier-separator (2) for synchronising with at least video (a), horizontal synchronisation (b) and vertical synchronisation (c) signals, the discriminator (3) and a control microprocessor (4) and an external communication bus (d) so that the image of the object (5), in any position on the horizontal plane, is analysed and the sign (e) in it identified or distinguished from others and, depending on which is the case, in accordance with the graphical information in each sign previously stored and restricted in number, its identification or distinction from others and, initiation of a preset action by the microprocessor (4).
