Abstract

Aparato dosificador de agua para amasadoras de pan con regulación automática de la temperatura del agua y el correspondiente método de dosificación de agua. Para proporcionar una dosis de agua para formar la masa de pan a temperatura adecuada el aparato consta de un bastidor de soporte (2) con un depósito de agua (3) con entrada y salida de agua (4, 5), un rebosadero (6) con un desagüe (60), un tubo de vaciado (61) y medios calefactores (7), así como una sonda de termostato (8); además están previstas unas primera y segunda sondas de temperatura (9, 10) para medir las temperaturas ambiente en la instalación y de una muestra de harina a utilizar (TA, TH), así como unas primera y segunda electro-válvulas (12, 13) respectivamente montadas en la entrada de agua (4) y la salida de agua caliente (5), y una pareja de sondas (14) para medir el nivel del agua del depósito (2). Unos medios electrónicos de control programables (15) sirven para generar respectivas señales de mando para las electro-válvulas (12, 13) a partir del volumen de agua a suministrar y de la medida de las sondas de nivel de agua (14), y para los medios calefactores (7) a partir de las temperaturas (TA y TH) respectivamente medidas por las sondas de temperatura (9, 10).
