Abstract

Sistema mejorado de deshidratación en tromel rotativo, del tipo de los utilizados para la deshidratación o secado de múltiples tipos de productos agrícolas, caracterizado por utilizar un tromel rotativo perfeccionado con caja de decantación sin esclusa, por utilizar un generador mixto de aire caliente de dos etapas de calentamiento y por utilizar un sistema de doble ventilador para mejorar la circulación del aire caliente en el interior del tromel rotativo. La invención que se presenta aporta las ventajas de permitir el secado óptimo de productos agrícolas con fibras largas manteniendo un alto contenido en proteínas, con una importante disminución del coste por consumo de combustibles, especialmente al poderse utilizar parcialmente combustibles sólidos de bajo coste procedentes de residuos agrícolas.
