Abstract

Test bioquímico para la determinación en campo de la edad y competencia morfogénica de tejidos y órganos vegetales. La putrescina, molécula perteneciente a la familia de las poliaminas, presenta una evolución específica durante el desarrollo ontogénico de pino radiata y otras especies como avellano. En los últimos años, viveristas, forestales y biotecnólogos vienen demandando soluciones para determinar in situ la edad y competencia morfogénica de individuos utilizables en programas en mejora genética. El objeto de la invención es un test bioquímico que, basándose en los contenidos de putrescina de un tejido u órgano vegetal, permite determinar directamente en campo edad, competencia morfogénica y por tanto capacidad de multiplicación clonal.
