Abstract

Sistema de rayado de la superficie de un conductor óptico plano que consiste en la utilización de una máquina transportadora (4) autodeslizante, por la que se desliza la lámina de metacrilato (3) a tratar. Sobre ella se sitúan cinco soportes (5) que sujetan cada uno un triángulo, isósceles o equilátero (1). Sobre cada triángulo (1) se sitúan tres pistones neumáticos (2) que regulan la presión de los mismos, la cual oscilará entre 0,5 y 2 kilos dependiendo de la superficie de los triángulos. Por debajo de los triángulos se pondrá un material abrasivo (ESCOTH BRITE) y por detrás dispondremos de unos descargadores estáticos (6). Mediante un humificador mantendremos la humedad ambiental como mínimo en un 40 por ciento.
