Abstract

Bovina de alta capacidad con cabeza controladora (1) de balón incorporada y sistema de plegado caracterizada por consistir en una bovina compuesta de una cabeza controladora de balón (1), un tubo central (2) y una base (3) y en un sistema de plegado adecuado a esta bovina en dos etapas (una primera etapa en la que se obtiene un cono de apoyo para la segunda etapa). El resultado obtenido en la bovina es un formato cuyo aspecto final es del tipo denominado botella (aunque a nivel de plegado, este difiere del plegado habitual de botella) apto para cualquier tipo de material. La bovina de alta capacidad con cabeza controladora (1) de balón incorporada y sistema de plegado sirve para evitar que el material a hilar o retorcer se pele contra una superficie cualquiera a causa del efecto balón. La bovina de alta capacidad con cabeza controladora (1) de balón incorporada y sistema de plegado aplicable a máquinas continuas de hilar de anillos, retorcedoras de anillos, retorcedoras-reunidoras de anillos.
