Un dispositivo de intercambio de calor entre un fluido calentador y un fluido, particularmente un fluido fisiológico, a calentar. Un dispositivo de intercambio de calor entre un fluido calentador y un fluido a calentar, particularmente un fluido fisiológico, de estructura simple y económica, con una carcasa (1) dividida en un primer compartimento (1d) y un segundo compartimento (1e) por un tabique (1f) comunicados por un paso de comunicación (1h), y con un elemento intercambiador (2, 2'') dispuesto en el primer compartimiento (1d). La entrada (4) de fluido calentador desemboca en el primer compartimento (1d) y la salida (5) del fluido calentador comunica con el segundo compartimento (1e), estando la entrada (4) y la salida (5) opuestas al paso de comunicación (1h) y provistas de elementos conectores (16), (17) agrupados en un doble conector (18) para la conexión a elementos complementarios (16'', 17'') de un sistema (15) de calentamiento y recirculación de fluido calentador.
