Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un artículo absorbente desechable con canales de distribución-contención. Comprende los siguientes pasos: Alimentar matriz absorbente. Suministrar película como capa superior del artículo. Aplicar adhesivo por el interior de la capa superior permeable al fluido. Unir capa superior a matriz absorbente por la cara superior o inferior de la misma. Mantener unida capa superior permeable al fluido a la matriz absorbente al menos por donde se grabarán los canales. Grabar los canales sobre la capa superior y la matriz absorbente, de modo que queden grabados en la capa superior y preferiblemente hasta alrededor del 90% del grosor de la matriz absorbente, con un dispositivo grabador que gira a la misma velocidad de avance del producto; Unir a la cara opuesta de la matriz absorbente la capa inferior impermeable a los fluidos del artículo absorbente.
