Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de tabletas, caracterizado porque se hace una mezcla seca de: a) uno o varios medicamentos sólidos escasamente solubles, y b) glicina, teniendo cada uno un tamaño de partícula que pase por un tamiz de malla 18 B.S.S, pero no por un tamiz de malla 100, siendo la proporción de peso de (a) a (b) entre 3: 1 y 1: 3, y una pequeña proporción de un lubricante y desintegrador, v.g, almidón, y comprimiendo la mezcla para formar tabletas que se descomponen en la boca y que fácilmente y sin molestias pasan por el esófago sin requerir la ayuda de un trago de líquido.
