Abstract

Método de recuperar estreptolornasa, streptokinasa y mezclas de las mismas desde una solución acuosa de streptolornasa-streptokinasa, caracterizado por ajustar la solución libre de células a un ph de o,5 a 2,5, mezclar con ella material absorbente, retirar dicho material a un pH predeterminado dentro de la gama de 7 a 11,5 para recuperar selectivamente estreptodornasa, streptokinasa a una mezcla de ellas.
